With over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, Crystal has built a reputation for delivering results with integrity, clarity, and a client-first approach.
Known for her signature slogan, “Making Real Estate Crystal Clear,” Crystal specializes in residential sales, investment properties, and property rehabilitation. Her passion lies in creating opportunities for homeownership—particularly for first-time buyers and underserved communities—while revitalizing neighborhoods through strategic redevelopment.
Crystal earned her Master’s degree in Human Services Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport (LSUS), which strengthens her ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through one of life’s most important decisions. She holds the prestigious Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations, equipping her to expertly serve both buyers and military families.
As a lifelong resident of the Shreveport-Bossier area and the daughter of a retired Air Force veteran, Crystal values community, service, and trust.
